Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy & Grief Counseling

In-person in Brooklyn Heights, online in New York, New Jersey, and Vermont.

Hope and Healing

Life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from ourselves and others. I work collaboratively with you to help you navigate these challenges, providing a safe space to process your experiences and feelings, release emotional burdens, and bring balance into your life.

I offer in-person therapy sessions in my Brooklyn Heights office, Columbus Circle office, or virtually for clients based in New York, New Jersey, and Vermont.

I work with adults who are grappling with a variety of circumstances including but not limited to:

  • trauma
  • anxiety, phobias, panic attacks
  • grief, including grief stemming from severe or traumatic circumstances
  • difficult life transitions
  • complicated relationship issues
  • creative blocks
  • sexual trauma history
  • support in 12-Step recovery

As a clinical social worker, my understanding of healing and therapy has evolved over my career. I regularly search for techniques that most effectively assist clients with the challenges they most struggle with ranging from trauma and grief to self-esteem and relationship anxiety.
